We’re thrilled to announce that this year we’ve yet another Fundraising Volunteer who will undertake a major sporting challenge and sponsorship on behalf of TGF!
Robert Patterson a Singapore resident working in the Technology sector and a participant in last year’s Fundraising Dinner is seeking Sponsors as he competes in the grueling Taiwan KOM bike challenge which is a 105km mountain time-trial that begins at sea level and finishes atop Mount Wuling at 3,275m. Nearly 1,000m is climbed in the final 10km, during which the road gradient spikes to 27% in sections!
Robert, pictured here in his professional cycling gear(!), has said that the motivation for doing this marathon cycle to raise funds for the charity is driven by the amazing TGF people he met at the Fundraising dinner , the incredible work the charity does in Cambodia and through his work colleague Andrew Ferguson (the Treasurer of TGF) understanding the incredible dedication and commitment of the staff at TGF. This is Robert’s first ever charity event and he is proud and excited to be riding for TGF.
You can sponsor Robert directly here https://gogetfunding.com/taiwan-king-of-the-mountain/ and be assured that all funds raised will go to Temple Garden Foundation.
